Here are Twenty No-Cost, or Low-Cost, Things You Can Do To Help Cope with Depression, Stress, Anxiety or Nerves. link

Our group is part of a grass root network of 1,000 patient-run support groups across the country. Our support group is one of many groups that plays an important role in recovery, and helps with treatment adherence. This is a key finding, because treatment adherence means fewer hospital stays, which in turn means lower insurance cost, greater employee productivity and significantly increased quality of life.
